Everything was just as expected the only hiccup we had was the dryers not working but the quickness of getting someone to come out and fix one of them was top tier! The communication was phenomenal! This place was amazing!!! It was just like the pictures and everyone in our group loved it. The rooms were really cool. The place was clean. It was well equipped with basic essentials such as dishes, pans, towels, soaps, etc. The host was very responsive. The only downfall was the community parking rules are very strict if you plan on having large gatherings. They do tell you this when you book though. The resort was really cool and easy to access. Easy to check in and out. Location was great. Many things nearby! Very spacious. Overall we loved our stay. Helen’s Airbnb was stunning. Most of our communication was handled by the co-host, Jeremy, who was incredibly responsive, even as we bombarded him with countless questions.Everyone adored the house. There was plenty of fun for us all. The kids were thrilled with the swimming pool and game room, while movie enthusiasts enjoyed the theater room. We celebrated our Christmas holiday there, and the kitchen was more than enough to handle the many cooks preparing the Christmas dinner. We created unforgettable memories in this remarkable house. This home was absolutely spacious and perfect for our family. We never felt on top of each other, and we truly enjoyed the movie room, the pool, the spa, and the amazing clubhouse.Any issues that came up were addressed promptly. Our host was very attentive, had a very quick response time, and was extremely accommodating—including generously allowing us an extra hour at checkout, which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood felt very safe with gated security. Unlike other stays where security was minimal, this community had a thorough check-in process. The lines were a bit long the first time, but after that they moved quickly, which gave us great peace of mind. The home looks exactly like the pictures, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
