Very nice stay, described well. Disappointed in all the add-on costs like pool heating and grill usage. Also there were many renters nearby who were quite loud until late in the evening. The homes are very close so just be aware of that when booking. The kids LOVED the themed rooms, the pool and the arcade even though some of the arcade games didn’t work. Well worth it, great family trip. The hot tub took a very long time to heat so we weren’t able to use it as much as we’d hoped. Response from Sunshine Vision: Thank you so much for the 5 stars! It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. You’re welcome back anytime.

This by far has been THE best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I literally have no complaint’s whatsoever. The photos matched exactly as it looked, and it was a perfect stay for me and my family of 24 people could stay comfortably. I will becoming again when me and my family travel to Orlando. It was perfect !!!! Response from Sunshine Vision: Montoya stayed for 4 nights and left the place in perfect condition. Communicative and respectful throughout. Hope to see you again!

5 Stars for sure!!The Harry Potter them of decor delighted our 4 grandkids ages 8-12, who are HUGE Harry Potter fans. They screamed with delight as they explored the house. So many details!! Even the adults were impressed!!The movie theater came in handy when the weather didn't cooperate. The living areas were spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms were plentiful, beautiful and restful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The pool was also a favorite of the grandkids. The hot tub was relaxing for the parents and grandparents.Great memories were made here! Response from Sunshine Vision: Wow, thank you for such an amazing 5-star review!! We absolutely loved reading this and can just imagine the kids’ excitement exploring the house. It makes us so happy to know the Harry Potter theme brought so much joy to your grandkids (and impressed the adults too!).We’re glad the movie theater helped save the day when the weather didn’t cooperate, and that everyone was able to enjoy the spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and of course the pool and hot tub. We were enjoying the time in Jeremy’s house. We are the family of 3 persons, that is why this house is really huge for us. We felt like a king and a queen with our little princess. I liked cinema room so much. Our daughter liked every entertainment inside. She changed every night a room with a new hero. Jeremy was friendly with any our question. I highly recommend this house. Response from Sunshine Vision: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I’m so happy to hear your family enjoyed the home and all the fun themed rooms it sounds like your daughter had a great time exploring them all! I’m glad you loved the cinema room too. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime for another magical stay.

What a fantastic getaway location for any family visiting Orlando for Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc! I had a group of 12 and we had more than enough space and activities that kept the attention of both the adults and kids. I would give this a 10/10 and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Orlando. So much fun! Response from Sunshine Vision: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your group had such a great time and that the home had plenty of space and activities for both adults and kids. Knowing it worked so well for your Orlando adventures means a lot to us.We also *love* your idea about donating leftover food it’s such a thoughtful suggestion. Based on your feedback, we’ve updated our departure instructions to include this option for future guests. We’d be absolutely delighted to host you again on your next trip to Orlando. Thanks again for staying with us!
