Cousins can bunk together.

Parents and children can choose adjacent bedroom arrangements.

Everyone has somewhere comfortable to recharge at the end of the day.

Marvel-Themed Private Movie Theater

After spending all day walking through Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando, sometimes the perfect evening involves going absolutely nowhere.

Your private Marvel-themed movie theater gives the entire family a dedicated place to slow down and enjoy time together.

Grab some popcorn.

Choose a family favorite.

Let the kids unwind after the parks.

Or enjoy a relaxing movie while everyone recharges for another Orlando adventure.

Having a private theater is especially valuable during longer vacations when your family needs a break from busy theme park days.

Spider-Man Game Room

Step into your own Spider-Man-themed entertainment zone.

The game room features arcade-style entertainment, air hockey, and more, giving kids, teenagers, and adults another fun place to spend time together.

Challenge the family.

Start a tournament.

Let the kids have their own space.

Or enjoy an entire evening at the house instead of heading back out.

Rainy Florida afternoon?

Rest day between theme parks?

Kids still have energy after Disney?

You already have entertainment waiting at home.

Private Pool and Spa

Step outside and enjoy your own private Florida retreat.

The screened lanai features a private swimming pool and spa, outdoor dining space, comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a child safety pool fence.

Start the morning with coffee by the pool.

Return from Disney for an afternoon swim.

Take a complete rest day from the parks.

Let the children splash and play while adults relax nearby.

Then unwind in the spa after a long day exploring Orlando.

Having your own private pool gives your family the freedom to enjoy the water on your schedule without needing to leave the house.

For guests searching for a large Orlando vacation rental with a private pool and spa near Disney, this outdoor area is one of the home’s biggest advantages.

Optional Pool Heating

Pool heating is available for $35 per day.

Pool heating must be requested at least three days before arrival so the system can be prepared for your stay.

Optional BBQ Grill

A BBQ grill is available for $75 per stay.

Enjoy burgers by the pool, prepare a family cookout, or take advantage of the Florida weather with an easy outdoor meal.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Feeding a large family is much easier when you have your own kitchen.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen where your group can prepare breakfast before heading to Disney, make snacks for the kids, enjoy lunch at home, or prepare dinner together.

Stock the refrigerator.

Order groceries for delivery.

Make coffee before everyone wakes up.

Prepare sandwiches for a pool day.

Or simply enjoy having the flexibility to eat when you want rather than coordinating restaurant reservations for a large group.

For families traveling with younger children or staying several nights, having a full kitchen can make the vacation considerably easier.

Spacious Living Areas

Large groups need room to spread out.

The home provides comfortable gathering spaces where family and friends can relax together without everyone needing to occupy the same room.

Some guests can enjoy the pool.

Others can watch a movie.

Kids can play games.

Someone can prepare dinner.

Another group can simply relax and talk about the day.

Then everyone can come together when they want to.

That flexibility is one of the biggest advantages of staying in a large private vacation home instead of booking several hotel rooms.

Windsor Island Resort

Your vacation experience extends beyond the home.

Guests also have access to the incredible amenities at Windsor Island Resort’s Aloha Clubhouse, giving your family the option of spending an entire day enjoying the resort without purchasing another theme park ticket.

Resort Pool and Lazy River

Spend the afternoon relaxing around the large resort-style swimming pool or float along the lazy river.

The pool complex provides another excellent option when your family wants a slower day between Disney and Universal adventures.

Dual Waterslides and Children’s Splash Area

Kids can cool off on the resort’s dual waterslides or enjoy the children’s splash area and water features.

Combined with your own private pool at the house, families have plenty of ways to enjoy Florida’s warm weather.

Resort Spa

The resort pool complex also includes a spa area where adult guests can unwind while enjoying the clubhouse surroundings.

Mini Golf

Challenge the family to a round of mini golf without leaving Windsor Island Resort.

Current access rules or fees for certain resort activities may change, so guests should check with the clubhouse for the latest information.

Active families can enjoy additional recreation options including basketball, sand volleyball, sports courts, cornhole, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Fitness Center

Want to keep up with your workout routine while on vacation?

The Aloha Clubhouse includes a fitness center for guest use.
