## A Home Built for Family Vacations

When you travel with a large group, where you stay can make a huge difference.

Instead of separating everyone into hotel rooms, this home gives your family one place to wake up, eat breakfast, swim, play, relax, and spend time together.

Start the morning with coffee while the house slowly wakes up.

Prepare breakfast in the full kitchen before heading to Disney.

Come home in the afternoon and jump into the pool.

Let the kids challenge each other in the superhero game room.

Put on a movie.

Relax in the spa.

Prepare dinner together or order your favorite Orlando takeout.

Then sit outside and enjoy the quiet water view while everyone slows down for the evening.

Some days you may visit the parks from morning until night.

Other days, you may decide that the house and resort have everything you need.

That flexibility is what makes a private Orlando vacation home so enjoyable.

Private Pool & Spa with a Peaceful View

One of my favorite features of this home is the outdoor space.

Step outside to your own **screened private pool and spa overlooking a peaceful water and conservation setting**. Instead of looking directly into a busy resort area, the pool deck opens toward greenery and water, creating a surprisingly relaxing atmosphere for a home so close to Orlando's attractions.

Stretch out on a lounger with your morning coffee.

Let the kids swim after a long day at Disney.

Relax in the spa after walking miles around the theme parks.

Enjoy lunch outside.

Or take an entire day off from sightseeing and simply enjoy your own Florida pool.

The covered lanai also provides outdoor dining space, so your group can enjoy meals while still staying close to the pool.

For families searching for a Storey Lake vacation rental with a private pool and spa near Disney**, this outdoor space is one of the home's biggest advantages.

Superhero Clubhouse & Game Room

For kids, this may become the most popular room in the house.

The colorful **superhero-themed clubhouse** combines sleeping space with entertainment, creating a room that feels more like part bedroom and part family game zone.

Bold superhero-inspired walls, four twin bunk beds, a pool table, games, and bright lighting create a space where cousins and friends can sleep, play, and hang out together.

Parents get their own bedrooms.

The kids get their own clubhouse.

Everybody wins.

It is especially useful when several families are vacationing together because younger guests have a place to call their own without taking over the main living room.

Home Theater & Entertainment

When everyone needs a break from the Florida sun, head inside for movie night.

The home includes a dedicated home theater, giving families another way to enjoy the house between theme park adventures. The property's entertainment amenities also include Smart TVs, video games, a pool table, foosball, books, toys, and additional play spaces. ([Sunshine Vision][1])

Rainy afternoon?

Movie night.

Rest day between Disney parks?

Movie night.

Kids still awake after everyone else wants to relax?

You have options.

That extra entertainment makes a meaningful difference on longer Orlando stays.

Harry Potter-Themed Bedroom

Young witches and wizards can continue the adventure after returning from Universal Orlando.

The **Harry Potter-themed bedroom features two double beds** surrounded by castle-inspired imagery and wizarding details.

It is a fun bedroom without sacrificing comfortable, full-size sleeping accommodations, making it suitable for children, teenagers, or adults who simply happen to be Harry Potter fans.

Nemo Underwater Bedroom

Dive beneath the sea in the colorful **Nemo-themed bedroom**.

With an underwater mural, ocean-inspired details, one double bed and two twin beds, this room works especially well for siblings or a family traveling with younger children.

The vibrant design makes bedtime part of the vacation rather than simply the end of the day.

Frozen-Themed Bedroom

Disney fans will also discover a beautiful **Frozen-inspired bedroom with two twin beds**.

Snowy artwork, Frozen characters, soft colors, and themed bedding create a magical space for younger guests while still providing the comfort families expect from a vacation home.

Comfortable Bedrooms for Adults

This home is not designed only for children.

One of its strengths is the balance between imaginative themed rooms and comfortable adult accommodations.

Several bedrooms offer king beds with contemporary décor, allowing parents, grandparents, couples, and other adults to have relaxing private spaces of their own.

The primary king suite also includes a crib, making it especially convenient for parents traveling with an infant.

The combination gives multiple families flexibility when deciding where adults and children will sleep. ([Sunshine Vision][1])

Spacious Living Areas

Large groups need more than bedrooms.

The main living area is bright, open, and connected to the kitchen and dining space, allowing everyone to be together without feeling crowded.

A comfortable sectional and additional seating provide a natural gathering place for conversation, television, or simply relaxing after a day exploring Orlando.

Upstairs, an additional spacious lounge gives the group another place to spread out.

That second living space can be invaluable when traveling with several generations.

The kids can watch something upstairs while adults talk downstairs.

One group can relax while another plays games.

Everyone has choices.

# Fully Equipped Kitchen

Vacations with 15, 18, or 20 people become much easier when you have your own kitchen.

The home's large kitchen includes full-size appliances, generous counter space, a substantial island with bar seating, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and other everyday conveniences.

Make breakfast before heading to Disney.

Prepare sandwiches for a pool day.

Order groceries for delivery.

Come home for lunch instead of eating every meal in the parks.

Prepare a large family dinner.

Or simply make coffee without needing to get dressed and leave the house.

For longer vacations, the ability to cook, refrigerate food, and dine together can save both time and money.

Outdoor Living

The pool area includes a covered lanai, outdoor dining, seating, and sun loungers.

Have breakfast outside before the parks.

Enjoy lunch beside the pool.

Spend an afternoon reading in the shade.

Or gather outside in the evening while the kids get one last swim in.

The peaceful setting behind the home gives the outdoor space a very different feel from a typical hotel pool.

Washer & Dryer

A private washer and dryer are included in the home.

That may not be the most exciting vacation amenity, but families quickly appreciate it.

Wash swimsuits.

Refresh towels.

Clean children's clothes after a busy theme park day.

Pack lighter for longer trips.

And go home without a suitcase full of laundry.

Storey Lake Resort

The experience does not stop at the house.

Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee is one of Central Florida's most popular vacation communities, combining private vacation homes with extensive family-friendly resort amenities.

Guests can enjoy resort-style swimming pools, a lazy river, waterslides, splash areas, fitness facilities, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, tiki-bar dining, and other recreational options. Mini golf, kayak rentals, and certain activities may carry an additional fee. ([StoreyLakeResort.com][2])

This creates the perfect combination:

Your own private pool at home when you want privacy.

A full resort experience when everyone wants more activity.

And Orlando's world-famous attractions waiting just beyond the community.

Resort Pool & Lazy River

Spend an afternoon floating along the **Storey Lake lazy river** or relaxing around the resort-style pool.

Sometimes the best day of an Orlando vacation is the day you do not go anywhere.

Waterslides & Splash Areas

Kids looking for more adventure can enjoy the resort waterslides, while younger children can play in the splash areas.

The property's photo gallery shows the resort's large waterslides and children's water-play areas, adding another layer of family entertainment beyond the private pool.

Sports & Fitness

Guests who want to stay active can enjoy the fitness center, basketball and volleyball facilities, playgrounds, and other resort recreation.

Mini Golf & Additional Activities

Mini golf and other resort activities provide additional entertainment for families. Some amenities, including mini golf and kayak rentals, currently carry an additional charge, and pricing or availability may change. ([StoreyLakeResort.com][3])

Close to Walt Disney World

One of the biggest reasons families choose Storey Lake Resort is its convenient Kissimmee location near Orlando's major attractions.

Plan days exploring:

Walt Disney World Resort, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, Universal CityWalk, SeaWorld Orlando, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Orlando outlet shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and other Central Florida attractions.

Travel times vary with traffic, park opening and closing periods, construction, and your specific destination.

Perfect for Disney Vacations

A Disney vacation with a large family can be amazing.

It can also be exhausting.

This home gives you somewhere comfortable to recharge.

Wake up and prepare breakfast before heading to the parks.

Spend the morning meeting characters and riding attractions.

Come home for an afternoon pool break.

Let younger children nap.

Give teenagers some space.

Then decide whether to return to Disney for fireworks or stay home and enjoy the pool, game room, and theater.

Having your own home gives your vacation flexibility that several hotel rooms simply cannot provide.

Perfect for Universal Orlando Trips

Harry Potter fans already have a bedroom waiting for them.

Spend the day exploring the Wizarding World, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe, and CityWalk, then return to your own private pool and spacious vacation home.

The next morning, nobody has to rush.

It is your vacation.

Great for Multiple Families

This home truly shines when two, three, or even more families vacation together.

Adults can have their own bedrooms.

Children can share themed spaces.

Six bathrooms help everyone get ready.

Multiple living areas prevent the house from feeling crowded.

And everyone can gather around the pool, kitchen, dining area, or game room when they want to be together.

Instead of simply sharing a destination, you actually get to share the vacation.

Morning coffee.

Big breakfasts.

Cousins playing together.

Afternoon swims.

Movie nights.

Game-room competitions.

Late-night conversations.

Those are often the moments families remember long after the theme park tickets are gone.

Great for Sports & Group Travel

Storey Lake's Kissimmee location can also work well for sports teams, cheer and dance groups, family reunions, and other group travel.

With eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, multiple living areas, private pool, and extensive entertainment, the home gives groups a comfortable base for Orlando-area events.
