Your Private St. Pete Beach Retreat

This home is designed for the way a Florida beach vacation should feel: easy, comfortable, and relaxed.

Wake up without an alarm.

Make coffee and enjoy a quiet morning at the house.

Pack your beach bag and head toward the Gulf.

Spend the afternoon swimming, paddleboarding, shelling, or simply enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Then return home and cool off in your own private pool.

Later, grill dinner in the backyard, walk or drive to one of the restaurants along Gulf Blvd, head south to Pass-a-Grille for sunset, or simply stay home and enjoy a quiet evening together.

Here, your vacation can move at your own pace.

Private Pool and Backyard

One of the biggest highlights of the property is your private backyard and swimming pool.

After spending the day at St. Pete Beach, come home and jump in the pool instead of packing everyone into the car for another activity.

Stretch out on a lounge chair.

Let the kids cool off and play.

Enjoy drinks outside.

Fire up the grill.

Or simply relax while the Florida day slows down around you.

The backyard gives your group a private outdoor space that can make the home just as enjoyable on days when you never make it to the beach.

Please note that the pool is currently not heated.

Fully Renovated Interior

Step inside to a bright, comfortable home designed for real vacation living.

The house has been fully renovated and provides plenty of room for families, couples, and friends to relax after a day outside.

Rather than feeling like a hotel room, you have an entire home where you can unpack, prepare meals, do laundry, work remotely if needed, and settle into the St. Pete Beach lifestyle.

Whether you are staying for a weekend, a week, or an extended visit, the goal is simple: make yourself comfortable.

Sleeping Arrangements

Bedroom 3

Full bed plus twin bed in a bunk-style arrangement

A flexible sleeping space that works especially well for children, siblings, or additional guests.

Living Room

Sofa sleeper

The living room provides additional sleeping flexibility when your group needs it.

Altogether, the home can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

One of the advantages of staying in a private beach house is having your own kitchen.

Start the morning with breakfast before heading to the Gulf.

Pack snacks and drinks for the beach.

Come home for lunch instead of eating every meal out.

Prepare a family dinner.

Order fresh seafood and enjoy it at home.

Or simply keep cold drinks and snacks ready for afternoons by the pool.

The kitchen is stocked for everyday meal preparation, making the home especially convenient for families and extended stays.

Washer and Dryer

Beach vacations have a way of generating towels, swimsuits, and sandy clothes.

Having a private washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh beach towels, wash clothes, and pack lighter for longer trips.

It is also especially useful for guests taking advantage of our monthly and extended-stay options.

Walk to St. Pete Beach

One of this home’s biggest advantages is being able to enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while still staying close to the beach.

Nearby beach access around Gulf Blvd is approximately a 10–15 minute walk, depending on your pace.

The public St. Pete Beach access around 4700 Gulf Blvd is approximately a 15–20 minute walk or a short drive. The city maintains public beach parking at this location as well.

Spend the morning walking to the sand, stay through the afternoon, then head back to your own pool and backyard instead of returning to a crowded hotel.

Gulf Blvd Restaurants, Shops and Beach Life

St. Pete Beach’s Gulf Blvd corridor puts restaurants, beach bars, casual dining, shops, entertainment, and everyday conveniences close to the home.

Whether you want seafood, cocktails, breakfast, coffee, ice cream, or a relaxed dinner after the beach, you will have plenty of options nearby.

You can spend an entire vacation exploring the beach communities along Gulf Blvd without needing to venture far.

Explore Corey Avenue

Corey Avenue is just a short drive or approximately a 20–30 minute walk from the home.

This popular St. Pete Beach district offers local boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops, and the Sunday Morning Market.

It is a great place to spend a slower morning or afternoon when your group wants something different from the beach.

Pass-a-Grille Beach

Just approximately 5–10 minutes away by car, Pass-a-Grille offers a different side of St. Pete Beach.

Spend the afternoon walking its beach, explore the small local shopping and dining district, enjoy waterfront food and drinks, or stay for one of Florida’s unforgettable Gulf sunsets.

Pass-a-Grille is an excellent option when you want a laid-back beach day or an evening away from the busier stretches of Gulf Blvd.

John's Pass Village & Boardwalk

Approximately 15–20 minutes away, John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk offers waterfront restaurants, shopping, boat excursions, watersports, sightseeing, and family entertainment.

It is a great option for a half-day adventure when your group wants something beyond the beach and pool.

Fort De Soto Park

Nature lovers can plan a day at Fort De Soto Park, approximately 20–30 minutes from the home depending on traffic.

Explore beaches, coastal scenery, fishing areas, wildlife, trails, and some of Pinellas County’s most beautiful natural surroundings.

It is an excellent change of pace from the restaurants and activity of St. Pete Beach.

Downtown St. Petersburg

Your vacation does not have to be limited to the beach.

Downtown St. Petersburg is approximately 20–30 minutes away and offers a completely different experience.

Explore the St. Pete Pier, waterfront parks, museums, restaurants, breweries, rooftop bars, shopping, art, and nightlife.

Spend the morning at the beach and the evening downtown.

That variety is one of the biggest advantages of vacationing in the St. Pete Beach area.

Perfect for Families

The combination of a private pool, kitchen, laundry, multiple sleeping areas, and proximity to the beach makes the home especially convenient for families.

There is no need to spend every minute packing everyone into the car.

Walk to the beach.

Come back for lunch.

Let younger children rest.

Jump in the pool.

Prepare dinner at home.

Then head back out for sunset if everyone still has energy.

The home gives families the flexibility to experience St. Pete Beach without feeling like every day needs to be scheduled from morning until night.

Great for Couples and Friends

You do not need children to enjoy the house.

Multiple adult bedrooms, a private pool, backyard, grill, nearby beach access, Gulf Blvd nightlife, Pass-a-Grille, Corey Avenue, and Downtown St. Petersburg make this a great home base for couples and groups of friends as well.

Spend the day at the beach.

Come home and relax by the pool.

Get ready for dinner.

Head out for seafood and drinks.

Then return to a quiet residential neighborhood when the night is over.

Monthly and Extended Stays Available

Want to stay longer?

Monthly rates are available, making the home a great option for snowbirds, remote workers, extended Florida vacations, temporary stays, and guests who simply are not ready to leave St. Pete Beach after a few days.

With a full kitchen, private laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, private pool, and convenient access to shopping and restaurants, the house is well equipped for longer stays.

Ask about availability and monthly pricing for your dates.

Work From St. Pete Beach

Need to mix a little work into your vacation?

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it possible to stay connected while enjoying everything St. Pete Beach has to offer.

Handle your morning meetings, close the laptop, and head to the beach or pool.

For remote workers and extended-stay guests, it is hard to beat having the Gulf Coast waiting nearby when the workday ends.

A Different Kind of Florida Vacation

St. Pete Beach offers something very different from a traditional resort stay.

There is no need to spend the entire vacation following an itinerary.

Wake up when you want.

Walk to the Gulf.

Look for shells.

Take a swim.

Come home for lunch.

Relax beside your private pool.

Explore Pass-a-Grille.
